It’s a fact, cats love treats, but the don’t love fleas. Today we bring you a double review from the True Science product lines (we’re ambassadors). Cinco and Manna gave Delightables™ cat treats a try and my dad’s cats, Sunny and Stormy, tried PetAction Plus™ for Cats.
™ Cat Treats
Delightibles are bite-sized cat treats that are crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. They come in 6 different flavors that cats are sure to love:
Delightibles cat treats are a proud product of the USA. Not only are they made in the USA (Utah to be precise), all of the ingredients are sourced in the USA as well. There is no wheat, corn, or soy and no artificial preservatives like BHT and BHA. All of the ingredients for each flavor can be found easily on the Delightibles website. Each treat is only 1.5 calories. Delightibles can be purchased at Walmart in both the USA and Canada, Walmart.com, and at Meijer stores.
Cinco and Manna’s Take on the Treats
My kitties knew that this bag of Delightibles was for them before I ever opened it. They never turn down the chance to try a new treat (not that they always like them in the end). I opened the bag and just left in on the floor standing up for a minute to see how the cats would react. Manna charged right at the bag and stuck her head all the way in. She was unable to reach a treat and gave me a look that said “Mommy, you had better give me one of those now that you’ve let me smell it.” I gave one of the Delightibles treats to her and it seemed like it was gone before it hit the ground. The same thing happened with Cinco. Then they began to ask for more. To tell you how much Cinco liked them, he came outside on the balcony in broad daylight when there were kids playing a little ways away. Normally he won’t go out there unless it is nighttime and there is no one out there. The Delightibles were definitely a hit! Every time I touch the bag, both cats come running.
There are a few things that I really liked about Delightibles. I like the fact that Delightibles are made and sourced in the USA. I love it when businesses invest in this country. The prices are very reasonable too. I like that you can get 6.3 oz and 12 oz bags of Delightibles at a store with many convenient locations (only about 5 minutes from my home) and without breaking the bank. No corn, wheat or soy is a big plus too.

Sunny and Stormy Fight Those Fleas!
I had to call in some special help to review Pet Action Plus for Cats. Cinco and Manna have never had fleas and are not in a situation where a flea infestation is likely. I’m also fairly holistic in my philosophy toward treating my cat’s health problems. However, my dad and his cats (Sunny and Stormy) were very pleased to try Pet Action Plus for Cats. They live in Florida and are in the middle of a particularly difficult flea season. My dad swears by using over-the-counter parasite preventatives on Sunny and Stormy.
My dad said that applying Pet Action Plus for Cats was very easy. Application of the product was much like other parasite preventatives he had used before. The directions for application and dosing were easy to read and follow. He applied Pet Action Plus for Cats to Sunny first and then Stormy a week later. Neither cat exhibited any side effects, which was a relief to my dad. Stormy had a bad reaction to a different product in the past but has done very well on Pet Action Plus for Cats. Sunny had been scratching prior to using Pet Action Plus for Cats and continued to do so after applying Pet Action Plus for Cats.
My Dad’s overall impression was that Pet Action Plus for Cats is at least as good as other over the counter parasite preventative products he has used. He liked that it is inexpensive, available at convenient locations, easy to use, and didn’t cause any side effects in either cat. However, he had a difficult time judging how well the product worked because of how bad the flea infestation is in his area right now. He felt that it would be a great product to use outside of Florida’s rainy season when the fleas are not at their peak population.
