It’s not easy being a feral kitty!

Trap Neuter Return (TNR) programs are quickly spreading across the United States. These programs provide for the basic needs and medical care of feral cats while allowing them to continue their life outdoors. Not everyone agrees that TNR is the best way to handle the feral population. Opponents of these programs claim that they don’t work to reduce the number of feral cats and that feral cats are endangering the bird population. Those who promote TNR programs claim that they are the most effective way to reduce feral populations and that the feral cats deserve a shot at life. Most feral cats (almost 100%) are euthanized when placed in shelters. Join us in a word search below as we learn more about the effectiveness of TNR!
